מדיניות פרטיות זו ("המדיניות") מתארת כיצד שירות BetterScan ("השירות", "אנחנו", "אנו") אוסף, מאחסן, מעבד, חולק ומשתמש במידע ובתוכן שאתם ("המשתמש", "אתם") מעלים או מספקים לשירות. השימוש בשירות מהווה הסכמה מפורשת ובלתי-חוזרת לכל סעיפי מדיניות זו, לרבות שינויים עתידיים שייעשו בה.
1. איזה מידע אנו אוספים
- קבצים שאתם מעלים, לרבות PDF, תמונות וכל תוכן אחר;
- תוצרי עיבוד אוטומטי של אותם קבצים, לרבות טקסט שזוהה (OCR), שדות מובנים שחולצו (ספק, תאריך, סכום, פריטים) וטקסט גולמי;
- מטא-נתונים טכניים: כתובת IP, סוג מכשיר, סוכן משתמש (User-Agent), שעון, חותמות זמן;
- אסימוני שיתוף ולוג שימוש כללי בנקודות הקצה.
2. כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע
אנו רשאים, לפי שיקול דעתנו הבלעדי וללא הגבלה, להשתמש במידע לכל מטרה, לרבות אך לא רק: אספקת השירות; שיפורו; הדרכה ואימון של מודלים; ניתוח, מחקר וסטטיסטיקה; מסחר ושיווק; אכיפת תנאי השימוש; ועמידה בדרישות חוק.
3. שיתוף עם צדדים שלישיים
אנו משתמשים בספקי שירות חיצוניים, לרבות, אך לא רק, חברת Anthropic לצורך עיבוד והבנת התמונות באמצעות מודל בינה מלאכותית. הקבצים שאתם מעלים יישלחו לעיבוד אצל ספקים אלו. אין לנו שליטה על אופן הטיפול במידע אצל ספקי צד שלישי ואיננו אחראים בשום צורה לפעולותיהם, מחדליהם, מדיניות הפרטיות שלהם, אבטחת המידע שלהם, אובדן או דליפת מידע אצלם, או כל נזק ישיר או עקיף הנובע מהשימוש בהם.
4. אחסון, מחיקה ושמירה
המידע יישמר על שרתים שלנו או של ספקים מטעמנו, בארץ או בחו"ל, לתקופה לא מוגבלת ולפי שיקול דעתנו הבלעדי. איננו מחויבים למחוק תוכן ביוזמתכם, ובכלל זאת לפי בקשתכם. אנו רשאים למחוק תוכן בכל רגע ללא הודעה מוקדמת, ללא חובת שיחזור, וללא חובת פיצוי.
5. אבטחה
השירות מסופק "כפי שהוא" (AS-IS) ובהתבסס על מאמץ סביר בלבד. איננו מתחייבים לרמת אבטחה כלשהי. אינני נותנים כל אחריות מפורשת או משתמעת לאי-דליפה, לאי-פריצה, להעדר תקלות, לאי-אובדן מידע, או לסודיות. במקרה של פריצה, דליפה, אובדן, פגיעה, השחתה, גניבה או חשיפה של מידע — מכל סיבה שהיא, לרבות רשלנות — לא נישא בכל אחריות, ישירה או עקיפה, ולא בנזק כלשהו, לרבות נזק ממוני, רגשי, מסחרי או תדמיתי.
6. עוגיות (Cookies)
אנו עשויים להשתמש בעוגיות חיוניות בלבד לתפעול הסשן. אין לנו עוגיות שיווק או מעקב אישיות. עם זאת, ייתכן שספקי הצד השלישי שלנו יעשו שימוש בעוגיות לפי המדיניות שלהם, ועל אחריותכם בלבד.

השירות אינו מיועד לקטינים מתחת לגיל 18. בשימוש בשירות אתם מצהירים שאתם מבוגרים מגיל 18 ובעלי כשרות משפטית מלאה.

המידע עשוי להיות מועבר ומעובד בכל מדינה בעולם, לרבות מדינות שאינן בעלות רמת הגנה זהה לזו של מדינת מושבכם. בשימוש בשירות אתם מסכימים מפורשות להעברה זו.

אנו רשאים לשנות מדיניות זו בכל רגע, ללא הודעה מוקדמת. גרסה מעודכנת תפורסם בעמוד זה ותחול מיד עם פרסומה. המשך שימוש בשירות לאחר השינוי מהווה הסכמה.
10. יצירת קשר
שאלות, פניות או בקשות יש להפנות אלינו בכתב. אנו רשאים לבחור אם, מתי וכיצד להשיב, ואין לנו חובה לעשות כן.
Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how the BetterScan service ("Service", "we", "us", "our") collects, stores, processes, shares and uses information and content you ("User", "you") upload or provide to the Service. By using the Service you give your express, irrevocable consent to every clause of this Policy, including future amendments.
1. Information we collect
- Files you upload, including PDFs, images and any other content;
- Outputs of automated processing of those files, including OCR text, structured fields (vendor, date, total, items) and raw text;
- Technical metadata: IP address, device type, User-Agent, timestamps;
- Share tokens and general endpoint usage logs.
2. How we use information
We may, at our sole discretion and without limitation, use the information for any purpose including but not limited to: providing the Service; improving it; training and tuning machine-learning models; analytics, research and statistics; commercial and marketing purposes; enforcement of the Terms of Use; and compliance with the law.
3. Third parties
We use third-party processors, including but not limited to Anthropic, to process and interpret images via AI. Your uploaded files will be transmitted to those processors. We have no control over how those parties handle the data and accept no responsibility whatsoever for their conduct, omissions, privacy policies, security practices, data loss or leaks, or any direct or indirect damage arising from their involvement.
4. Storage, deletion and retention
Data is stored on our servers or those of our providers, in any country, for an indefinite period at our sole discretion. We are under no obligation to delete content on your request. We may delete content at any time without notice, without obligation to recover it, and without compensation.
5. Security
The Service is provided "AS IS" and on a reasonable-effort basis only. We make no commitment as to any level of security. We give no warranty, express or implied, that information will not leak, will not be breached, will not be lost, will not be corrupted, will not be stolen or will remain confidential. In the event of breach, leak, loss, damage, corruption, theft or exposure of information — for any reason, including negligence — we will bear no liability whatsoever, direct or indirect, including but not limited to financial, emotional, commercial or reputational damage.
6. Cookies
We may use strictly essential session cookies. We do not use marketing or personal tracking cookies. Third-party processors may use cookies under their own policies and at your sole risk.
7. Age
The Service is not intended for minors under 18. By using the Service you represent that you are over 18 and have full legal capacity.
8. International transfer
Information may be transferred and processed in any country worldwide, including countries that do not provide a level of protection equivalent to your jurisdiction. By using the Service you expressly consent to such transfer.
9. Changes
We may amend this Policy at any time without notice. The updated version will be published on this page and will take effect immediately. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
